Ingredients:
- 2 cups white rice
- Diced shiitake mushroom
- Green peas, edamame, chickpeas (or other kinds of beans)
- Cut corn
- Diced carrots
- Diced veggy ham
Seasonings and Condiments:
Method:
- Use just enough veggy ham, mushrooms and beans to accompany and flavor the rice.
- Heat large sauté pan or wok with a moderate amount of oil. First add mushrooms and sauté until fragrant. Add other vegetables and veggy ham. Continue to sauté until fragrant. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add white rice. Mix well and stir fry until fragrant. Adjust seasoning.
Note: You can also add a little ketchup, curry powder or other diced vegetables to get your desired flavor.
